3、ponse,adiversityofmecha-thetransportofotherproteins.OthermembersofthisnismscontrolHSPsynthesisindifferentorganisms.Ingrouphaveproteolyticactivity(GeorgopoulosandWelchStreptomyces,thesynthesisofmajorHSPs,suchasthe1993;Gottesmanetal.1997;HendrickandHartl1993).widespreadmolecularchap
4、eronesDnaK,ClpB,GroELTheseproteinsareessentialfornormalgrowth,buttheirandHSP18,isnegativelycontrolledatthetranscriptionalcatalyticactivitiesareparticularlyimportantinstresscon-levelbyatleastthreedifferentrepressors.Thecontrolofditions,whichleadtotheaccumulationofunfoldedorin-groEg
5、eneexpressioninvolvesaninvertedrepeat(calledcorrectlyfoldedproteins.AlthoughtheinductionofHSPstheCIRCEelement)thatishighlyconservedamongeu-isauniversalresponse,theregulatorymechanismscon-bacteria,andtheHrcArepressor.ThednaKoperonandtrollingHSPsynthesisdifferwidelybetweenorganisms.
