3、csandpiezo-phototronics,whichoffernewmeansofmanipulatingcharge-carriertransport,generation,recombinationorseparationinthecontrolledoperationofflexibledevicesthroughtheapplicationofexternalmechanicalstimuli.Wereviewtherecentprogressinadvancingourfundamentalunderstandingan

4、dinrealizingpracticalapplicationsofpiezotronicsandpiezo-phototronics,andprovideanin-depthdiscussionoffutureresearchdirections.Theseamlessandadaptiveinteractionsbetweenfunc?thintransitionmetaldichalcogenides(TMDCs)),tionaldevicesandtheirenvironment(forexample,becausetheir

5、low?dimensionalgeometriesandsuperiorthehumanbody)arecrucialforadvancingemergingmechanicalpropertiesfacilitatetheirintegrationintotechnologies,suchaswearableelectronics,robotics,theflexibledevicesthatcanpotentiallysustainlargestrain.InternetofThings,biomedicalengineeringa
