1、第37卷第10期化工新型材料Vol137No1102009年10月NEWCHEMICALMATERIALS·101·氨基和聚醚共改性硅油的制備與應(yīng)用性能黃良仙杜經(jīng)武楊軍勝李俊國李歌安秋鳳(陜西科技大學(xué)化學(xué)與化工學(xué)院,西安710021)摘要在異丙醇存在下,將氨基硅油和帶環(huán)氧基的聚醚通過開環(huán)反應(yīng),制得了氨基和聚醚共改性硅油(AEMPS)。用IR對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。對AEMPS的應(yīng)用性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明較佳條件為:反應(yīng)溫度70℃,反應(yīng)時間6h,氨基硅油和環(huán)氧基聚醚的質(zhì)量比為2∶1,溶劑用量60%(相對于氨基硅油和環(huán)氧基聚醚的總質(zhì)量),
2、且當(dāng)氨基硅油的氨值為016mmol/g、黏度約960mPa·s時,經(jīng)其整理的白棉布的彎曲剛度經(jīng)向181mN、緯向132mN,白度8115°、親水性3″54。而通用型氨基硅乳整理的白棉布則分別為:168mN、125mN、8111°、>300″,空白布樣的則分別為:258mN、157mN、8218°、1″15。關(guān)鍵詞聚硅氧烷,氨基硅油,聚醚硅油,雙官能基改性硅油,整理劑Preparationandapplicationofaminopolyetherco2modifiedsiliconesHuangLiangxianDuJingwuYa

7、ilicone,doublefunctionalgroupmodifiedsilicone,finishinga2gent眾所周知,氨基硅油整理后的織物柔軟性優(yōu)異,滑爽感烷為改性劑,烷基苯磺酸作催化劑,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚為乳化[1]好,但吸濕性差,易泛黃。而聚醚硅油整理后的織物吸水性劑,通過乳液聚合法制得。此法所得乳液穩(wěn)定性較差,存在貯[4]良好,抗靜電性優(yōu)異,克服了織物穿著時易帶靜電、吸塵、悶熱存飄油問題。O′lenickJR等用聚醚硅油和(甲基)丙烯腈在[2]的缺點,但柔軟性和滑感較差。為改善各自的不足,取長補催化劑作用下經(jīng)親核加
8、成反應(yīng)先制得含氰基的聚醚硅油,再短,研發(fā)既有良好柔軟性,又具有親水性的多功能柔軟劑有著用H2還原制得氨基聚醚硅油。此法操作難度較大。Lauten2[9]重要的實際意義。然而,若將兩者機械地復(fù)配,又存在復(fù)配助schlagerHJ等在堿催
