1、年產(chǎn)2萬噸鎂碳磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計摘要鎂碳磚是70年代初出現(xiàn)的,先是在超高功率電爐,接著在轉(zhuǎn)爐、爐外精煉爐上使用,獲得了非常好的效果。由此,人們才認(rèn)識到石墨、碳素材料和高溫耐火氧化物之間結(jié)合所產(chǎn)生的作用。斷裂韌性差、高溫剝落、抗渣滲透性差,這是高溫?zé)赡突鹬破返闹旅秉c,含碳耐火制品的出現(xiàn)突破了這些弱點。在鎂碳磚中氧化鎂和石墨之間彼此相互包裹,不存在傳統(tǒng)概念中的所謂燒結(jié);石墨具有熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)高,彈性模量低,熱膨脹系數(shù)小,不容易被熔渣浸潤等優(yōu)點,因此,由于石黑的引入,使?fàn)t襯耐火制品的斷裂韌性和抗渣滲透性有本質(zhì)的改善。鎂碳磚的主要特征是在微觀結(jié)構(gòu)上形成碳的結(jié)合物,這種結(jié)合是由
2、有機(jī)結(jié)合劑在高溫下結(jié)焦碳化形成的。鎂碳磚是一種不燒制品,其理化指標(biāo)為:MgO70~85%,CIO?20%,顯氣孔率<3%,體積密度2.87g/cm3,耐壓強(qiáng)度40~50MPa,1400°C抗折強(qiáng)度10?15MPa。本設(shè)計共涉及轉(zhuǎn)爐鎂碳磚MT10A10000噸/年和轉(zhuǎn)爐鎂碳磚MT14B10000噸/年,概述了鎂碳磚的發(fā)展概況、生產(chǎn)過程、在鋼包渣線的應(yīng)用及生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)計規(guī)劃,并對其發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。在設(shè)計中確保做到方案科學(xué)可行,技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,并不斷對方案優(yōu)化。在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)上,繪制了年產(chǎn)2000噸鎂碳磚廠總平面布置圖、車間平面布置圖及相應(yīng)的縱橫剖面布置圖共計12張
