2、，是一個對經(jīng)濟和環(huán)保都有意義課題進入了21世紀(jì)，石油，成了能左右人類經(jīng)濟命脈的戰(zhàn)略資源，圍繞著對石油的爭奪，產(chǎn)生過三次石油危機，每次危機到來，油價就產(chǎn)生一次躍升。拯估算，60%的原油都被提煉成了汽油加進了汽車的油箱中。最新國際油價已經(jīng)達到140美元一桶，昂貴的價格，使得毎個人都不鴻不小心翼翼地使用每升汽油，汽車的油耗被提到了一個很重要的位置。汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展給世界經(jīng)濟帶來了重大機遇和活力，但是汽車工業(yè)也帶給人類不少負面的影響。嚴重的汽車交通事故，能源過度消耗、浪費及環(huán)境污染，已成為制約世界汽車工業(yè)甚至人類社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的障礙。汽車節(jié)能
