2、摘要]在水溫27~30℃,鹽度26~28條件下,對(duì)條石鯛幼魚進(jìn)行了不同時(shí)間的饑餓后再恢復(fù)投喂生長的實(shí)驗(yàn)。設(shè)對(duì)照組S0持續(xù)正常投喂30d,饑餓組S3、S6、S9和S12分別饑餓3d、6d、9d和12d后再分別恢復(fù)正常投喂27d、24d、21d和18d。結(jié)果表明:饑餓對(duì)條石鯛幼魚生長及消化酶活力均具有顯著影響,饑餓組在恢復(fù)投喂后,體重迅速增重且S3的體重超過了S0,但兩者體重差異不顯著(P>0.05),而其他各饑餓組的體重均顯著低于S0和S3組(P<0.05)。條石鯛幼魚在恢復(fù)投喂后,除S3組體質(zhì)量
3、與特定生長率與對(duì)照組無明顯差異外,其它各處理組均明顯低于對(duì)照組。條石鯛幼魚體質(zhì)量、蛋白酶(胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶)與脂肪酶活力隨著饑餓時(shí)間的延長均呈現(xiàn)明顯的降低趨勢,體質(zhì)量與蛋白酶活力在饑餓6d后與對(duì)照組表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異,脂肪酶活力在饑餓9d后才與對(duì)照組表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異,而淀粉酶活力在饑餓過程中呈波動(dòng)性變化?;謴?fù)投喂后,主要消化酶活力在恢復(fù)投喂后均有明顯回升,且蛋白酶活力與對(duì)照組相比已無顯著性差異,但較長時(shí)間的饑餓處理(9-12d)并未使脂肪酶活力恢復(fù)至對(duì)照組水平。比較分析認(rèn)為S3為完全補(bǔ)償生長,S
