5、簽發(fā)，委托付款人在見票時(shí)或在指定口期無條件支付確定的金額給收款人或持票人。分為銀行匯票(Banker'sDraft)和商業(yè)匯票(CommercialDraft),有即期(SightDraft)和遠(yuǎn)期匯票(TimeBillofusanceBill)之分.不付帶商業(yè)單據(jù)的匯票為光票(CleanB訂1),銀行匯票多為光票。附帶商業(yè)單據(jù)的匯票為跟單匯票(DocumentaryBill),商業(yè)匯票一般為跟單匯票。單據(jù)是一套(一式兩分或數(shù)份)，有副本。2.木票(PromissoryNote)：支付和信用兩種作作。由出票人簽發(fā)，承諾白己在見票時(shí)無條件支付確定的金額給收款人
