7、。為了保證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用性及協(xié)調(diào)性,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在修改采用過程中,對(duì)引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做了必要的處理。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與EN1435((焊縫的無損檢測熔化焊縫射線照相》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要差異有:—本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以資料性附錄的形式規(guī)定了焊接接頭質(zhì)量分級(jí),而EN1435標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無質(zhì)量分級(jí)的規(guī)定—本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在修訂時(shí),為保證底片影像質(zhì)量,刪除了EN1435標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定的,在能保證同樣的照相技術(shù)條件且像質(zhì)計(jì)數(shù)值無變化時(shí),不需在每張底片都放置像質(zhì)計(jì)—本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)有延遲裂紋傾向的材料,規(guī)定至少應(yīng)在焊后24h以后進(jìn)行射線照相檢測。與原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在技術(shù)內(nèi)容方面主要有如下變化:—更側(cè)重射線照相的透照

8、技術(shù),而將焊接接頭質(zhì)量分級(jí)的有關(guān)規(guī)定放在了附錄C中?!刚占夹g(shù)更注重其合理性和可操作性—在保證缺陷檢出率的同時(shí),更注重其經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定于1982年,本次修訂系第二次修訂。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自實(shí)施之日起,代替GB/T3323-1987((鋼熔化焊對(duì)接接頭射線照相和質(zhì)量分級(jí)》。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由全
