1、DZL系列臥式快裝鍋爐產(chǎn)品介紹DZL系列單鍋筒臥式快裝鏈條爐排燃煤水管鍋爐，設計燃用煙煤或無煙煤。鍋爐蒸發(fā)量2?8t/h,工作壓力0.7?2.5Mpa,飽和蒸汽或過熱蒸汽。熱水鍋爐容量為2.8?5.6MW,出水溫度95°C、115°C.130°C,冋水溫度為70°C,工作壓力為0.7?1.6Mpao本系列鍋爐為部優(yōu)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形尺寸小，單層布置，安裝周期短，基建投資少等優(yōu)點。鍋爐爐膛左右側(cè)裝有光管水冷壁管，上連鍋筒，下連兩側(cè)集箱和前后墻組成燃燒室，在鍋筒內(nèi)部置兩束煙管，在爐膛燃燒后的煙氣在煙管內(nèi)作兩個回程縱向沖刷后，引至尾部單-獨布置的鑄鐵省

2、煤器，最后經(jīng)除塵器排入煙囪。鍋爐下部為燃燒設備，采用輕型鏈條爐排，本鍋爐配冇上煤機、出渣機、電控箱，可實現(xiàn)上煤出渣機械化及給水口動控制。DZL新型水火管鍋爐是我公司引進北京之光鍋爐研究所開發(fā)的新一代高效節(jié)能鍋爐產(chǎn)甜之一。鍋爐蒸發(fā)量1?20t/h,工作壓力0.7?1.6Mpa,飽和蒸汽或過熱蒸汽。熱水鍋爐容量為0.7?14MW,出水溫度95°C、115°C.130°C,冋水溫度為70°C,工作壓力為0.7?1.6Mpao它結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形尺寸小，單層布置，安裝周期短，基建投資少。鍋爐設計燃用煙煤或無煙煤，燃料口分層煤斗落到爐排上，進入爐膛燃燒，燃燒產(chǎn)物自爐
