4、mbudsmanisnotsubjecttopoliticalpressure.Heinvestigatescomplaintslargeandsmallthatcometohimfromalllevelsofsociety.Ascomplaintsmustbemadeinwriting,theOmbudsmanreceivesanaverageof1,200lettersayear.Hehaseightlawyerassistantstohelphimandheexamineseverysingleletterindetail.Therei
