5、2005]160號(hào);6、《鐵路工程施工安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》TB10401.1-2-2003(上下冊(cè));7、《建筑機(jī)械使用安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》JGJ33-2001;二、工程概況1、天興洲大橋正橋?yàn)椋?8+196+504+196+98)米雙塔三索面斜拉橋,上層為六車道公路,下層為四線鐵路。斜拉橋主梁為板桁結(jié)合鋼桁梁,上弦中部756米范圍是正交異性鋼板橋面,兩端各168米范圍是混凝土結(jié)合板橋面。橋塔為倒“Y”型混凝土塔,塔頂標(biāo)高為+205m,承臺(tái)以上塔高188.5m。2、全橋共設(shè)16對(duì)192根斜拉索,采用三索面空間索布置,斜拉索采用PES7-241、PES7-253、PES7-283、

6、PES7-337、PES7-379、PES-409、PES-421、PES-451等八種規(guī)格三十二種型號(hào)。整股鋼絲用高強(qiáng)纏包帶纏緊后外擠雙層雙螺旋線HDPE護(hù)套,鋼絲的抗拉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)度Rby=1670MPa,最長(zhǎng)索272.183m,最短索82.938m,單根索最大重量41.184t(鋼絲重),兩端均采用張拉冷鑄錨具。張拉端設(shè)在塔內(nèi),同一號(hào)斜拉索要求上、中、下游、主、邊跨六根索同時(shí)對(duì)稱張拉。3、工藝適用范圍本工藝的適用范圍為天興洲大橋2#墩(漢口側(cè))、3#墩(武昌側(cè))斜拉索(邊跨邊桁S1~S16、邊跨中桁MS1~MS16、中跨邊桁C1~C16、中跨中桁MC1~MC16號(hào))的

7、掛設(shè)及張拉。詳見附圖TQ-07-01:天興洲大橋斜拉索布置圖中鐵大橋(鄭州)纜索有限公司第1頁中鐵大橋局天興洲長(zhǎng)江大橋工程指揮部2#、3#墩斜拉索安裝技術(shù)方案三、斜拉索掛索施工工藝(一)、施工方案天興洲大橋2#、3#墩塔柱封頂后進(jìn)行斜拉索安裝。根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)塔頂?shù)跫?、塔旁塔吊的配置分為兩種方式進(jìn)行安裝:A、1—6#斜拉索先掛塔端(1—4#斜拉索戴平錨杯螺母,5—6#斜拉索錨杯張拉桿副螺母鎖緊),再通過20噸放索盤橋面展索,安裝梁端并軟牽引到位,最后5—6#斜拉索塔端剛性牽引到位(斜拉索戴平錨杯螺母)。B、7—16#斜拉索先根據(jù)橋面成型長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行橋面展索,
