3、PScontinuouslyimplementedvariousnewservicesandagreementstograbChineselogisticsmarket.Obviously,thesestrategieshelpedbothcompaniesincreasetheirrevenuessignificantlysobothcompaniesexpectedtogainmoremarketshareinthefuture.EnteringandExpandingServicesNetwo
4、rkAtfirst,FedExcommenceditsoperationinChinain1984bymeansofjointventurewhileUPSenteredintoChinathroughanagentpartnershiprelationship.FedExpartneredwithmultinationalcompaniesinChinatobuildservicenetworkthusFedExfocusedonbuildinginfrastructureanddistribut
