2、D研究了合成莫來石的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和物相組成。結(jié)果表明,未經(jīng)鹽酸處理的粉煤灰比用鹽酸處理過的粉煤灰合成的莫來石的晶體和長徑比大;隨粉煤灰中A1。O。含量的增高,合成的莫來石的晶體尺寸和長徑比變小,合成莫來石的溫度需相應(yīng)提高至1500℃;恒溫時(shí)間長短對(duì)合成莫來石的影響遠(yuǎn)小于燒結(jié)溫度的影響,高溫下縮短恒溫時(shí)間比低溫下延長恒溫時(shí)間有利于莫來石的生成。以高鋁粉煤灰為原料合成M50和M60莫來石較為適宜,Al。0。與Si02的質(zhì)量比應(yīng)控制在1.5~2.0。關(guān)鍵詞:高鋁粉煤灰;反應(yīng)燒結(jié);合成;莫來石;SEM;XRD中圖分類號(hào):P579文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1007—2802(2007)02—0144
