1、本科生畢業(yè)論文本科畢業(yè)論文(20屆)基于Solidworks的紙張耐折度實(shí)驗(yàn)儀設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化摘要紙張耐折度測(cè)定儀——耐折度儀是光機(jī)電一體化結(jié)構(gòu),能夠?qū)Ρ粶y(cè)試樣的雙折次數(shù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)。儀器采用光電控制技術(shù)能使折疊夾頭在每次實(shí)驗(yàn)后自動(dòng)歸位,方便了下一次的操作。V本科生畢業(yè)論文儀器具備強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理功能:不但能夠?qū)我辉嚇拥碾p折次數(shù)及相應(yīng)的對(duì)數(shù)值進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,而且能夠統(tǒng)計(jì)同組多個(gè)試樣的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),能夠統(tǒng)計(jì)出同組試樣的最大值、最小值、平均值和變異系數(shù),這些數(shù)據(jù)被存儲(chǔ)在微電腦內(nèi),并能通過(guò)數(shù)碼管顯示。本論文介紹
2、了紙張耐折度實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與動(dòng)態(tài)以及整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)原理和實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程。提出了實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出了所設(shè)計(jì)的模型實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的不足之處并加以分析,研究了實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的工作原理,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等做出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),并設(shè)計(jì)出了實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的模型,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的分布和零部件的選擇,最后通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算證明方案的可行性。通過(guò)Solidworks三維畫(huà)圖軟件對(duì)紙張耐折度實(shí)驗(yàn)儀進(jìn)行了初步展示,而且還通過(guò)IPA插件做出了紙張耐折度實(shí)驗(yàn)儀的模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程。最后,對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)目偨Y(jié),概括了設(shè)計(jì)中得出的結(jié)論和收獲以及對(duì)未來(lái)的展望。希望本文能對(duì)機(jī)械
