2、nPlasticsResearchInstituteCo.,Ltd.,Dalian116033,China3DalianHuataiPlasticsMachineryCo.,Ltd.,Dalian116050,China摘 要:以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)為原料,采用吹塑成型法制備了熱收縮膜。研究了原料配方、模具吹脹比、吹膜機牽伸比、擠出溫度和膜泡冷卻時間等因素對聚乙烯熱收縮膜力學性能和透明度的影響。結(jié)果表明:與加入HDPE相比,配方中加入LLDPE的原料所生產(chǎn)的熱收縮膜的綜合性能較好;隨著機組運行牽伸比的增大,PE熱收縮膜的拉伸性能、收
3、縮率和透光率均呈上升趨勢;隨著模具吹脹比的增大,PE熱收縮膜的縱向收縮率下降,橫向收縮率和透光率均上升;隨著擠出機工藝溫度的升高,PE熱收縮膜的縱、橫向收縮率同時上升;隨著膜泡冷卻時間的延長,PE熱收縮膜的縱、橫向收縮率和透光率均下降。Abstract:PEheatshrinkagefilmwaspreparedwithLDPE,LLDPEandHDPEasrawmaterialsbyuseofblowmoldingmethod.Theeffectsofformulaofrawmaterial,blow-upratioofmold,drawingratiooffilmblowingmachin
