1、·264·陳平緒等,耐高溫丙烯酸酯乳液壓敏膠的固化及性能研究Vol.37,No.4,2015耐高溫丙烯酸酯乳液壓敏膠的固化及性能研究1,211122陳平緒,葉南飚,王林,程慶,曾幸榮,李紅強(qiáng)(1.金發(fā)科技股份有限公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中心,廣東廣州510663;2.華南理工大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,廣東廣州?510640)摘要:將環(huán)氧有機(jī)硅固化劑9301以及異氰酸固化劑2102加入到增黏丙烯酸酯乳液中,成功制備出耐高溫丙烯酸酯壓敏膠。研究壓敏膠的固化行為,探討固化劑的種類和用量對(duì)壓敏膠粘接性能及耐溫性的影響。結(jié)果表明:固化劑與復(fù)合物發(fā)生了交聯(lián)反應(yīng),9301和2102固化體系的
2、適宜固化條件分別為150℃/5min和110℃/3min。隨著固化劑用量增加,壓敏膠的凝膠率和玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度提高,剝離時(shí)由內(nèi)聚破壞轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻缑嫫茐?,初黏力與剝離強(qiáng)度降低,耐高溫性能得到改善。當(dāng)9301與2102用量為2wt%時(shí),壓敏膠的剝離強(qiáng)度分別為11.6N/25mm與10.2N/25mm,可耐180℃高溫。關(guān)鍵詞:丙烯酸酯乳液;壓敏膠;耐高溫;固化中圖分類號(hào):TQ436.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001-0017(2015)04-0264-04StudyontheCuringandPropertyofAcrylateEmulsionPressureSensit
