2、,為無線視頻傳輸提供了有利條件。利用無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸視頻流,可以克制地理位置差、布線成本高等問題。因此,研究一種基于3G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)囊曨l監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)具有非常重要的意義。無線視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由于其可移動性,不用布線等特點,在視頻監(jiān)控、管理等方面具有實際應用意義,隨著3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅速發(fā)展,將逐步解決網(wǎng)速、帶寬的問題,因此3G無線視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)將具有更加廣闊的應用前景。本課題將研究全面提升車輛的行駛安全和客運服務質(zhì)量,利用加載了3G模塊的無線視頻監(jiān)控車載終端系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)對車輛行駛記錄、視頻取證、遠程視頻監(jiān)控的管理。車內(nèi)安裝攝像機、拾音
