2、jor:ElectronicScienceandTechnologyCollageofOpto-electronicEngineeringChongqingUniversityJune2008摘要本課題利用超聲波無損檢測(cè)技術(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)用于跨座式單軌制式交通系統(tǒng)(輕軌)的錨固螺桿進(jìn)行健康監(jiān)測(cè)。該交通系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)尚屬首次應(yīng)用,所以在與其相關(guān)的眾多學(xué)科和領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的技術(shù)都不是非常成熟。本課題的重點(diǎn)工作是對(duì)采集到的超聲波信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析,其中運(yùn)用到了信號(hào)及超聲波信號(hào)處理的基本知識(shí)。首先讓信號(hào)在visualstudio.net環(huán)
3、境下顯示出來,觀察一定量的超聲波信號(hào),把各種超聲波信號(hào)區(qū)分出來。根據(jù)輕軌軌道梁檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的具體環(huán)境以及所采集到數(shù)據(jù)的特征設(shè)計(jì)合適的的算法,然后通過編寫程序來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)Acess數(shù)據(jù)庫中數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理。因?yàn)椴ㄐ涡盘?hào)中含有回波,通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)信號(hào)中的異?;夭āTO(shè)置一個(gè)閾值來判斷有沒有缺陷。根據(jù)異?;夭ǖ奈恢脕砼袛嗳毕莸奈恢茫詫?duì)該錨固螺桿的健康狀況進(jìn)行有效的判斷。所設(shè)計(jì)的超聲波數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)p軌錨固螺桿的一些常見的異常狀態(tài)進(jìn)行有效的判斷,程序能滿足在有限時(shí)間內(nèi)處理一定量數(shù)據(jù)的要求,程序運(yùn)行可靠性好,便于操作。關(guān)
