1、築龍網(wǎng)zhulongxom建筑資料下載就在筑龍網(wǎng)西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)留學(xué)生公寓(B棟)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)作者:陳建東指導(dǎo)老師:席丁民扌商要:本工程為六層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)留學(xué)綸公寓。建筑層數(shù)為六層,層高2.8m,總建筑而積5400m2o抗震設(shè)防烈度7度,場(chǎng)地類(lèi)別為II類(lèi),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用年限為50年。本工程為二類(lèi)建筑,耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí),工程±0.00同絕對(duì)標(biāo)高525.38nio結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范進(jìn)行:計(jì)算各樓板和屋而板的恒荷載,同時(shí)確定活載值。根據(jù)荷載設(shè)計(jì)值計(jì)算出樓面和屋而的配筋。將板上荷載按單向板、雙向板的傳力特點(diǎn)傳給各墻體,然示根據(jù)各墻所受荷載及墻體自重,驗(yàn)算墻體抗壓承載力。根據(jù)

7、e,bearingcapacity,loadandsoftware一、工程概況本建筑位于陜四省楊陵區(qū)四北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),為六層磚混結(jié)構(gòu),層高2.8m,建筑施工圖由中國(guó)建筑西北設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)。建筑場(chǎng)地平坦,地下水位較深,場(chǎng)地土為I級(jí)非口重濕陷性黃土。根據(jù)濕陷性黃土地區(qū)建筑設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,擬用換土墊層法進(jìn)行地基處理,墊層材料為3:7灰土,墊層厚度為2.0米,換土處理后,地基表而的承載力特征值不小于210kPa;抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度,設(shè)計(jì)基本地震加速度值為0.15g,設(shè)計(jì)地震分組為第二組,場(chǎng)地類(lèi)別II類(lèi)。二、結(jié)構(gòu)方案2.1、主體結(jié)構(gòu)方案總層數(shù)六層,總高度2.8X6=16.8m
