1、摘要特低滲油出在我國近年來投入開發(fā)的油出或探明儲量中占有近60%的比重。如何高效開發(fā)該類油藏是我國石油工業(yè)面臨的主要問題。鄂爾多斯盆地下寺灣油出柴窯柴44井區(qū)延長組長6油藏是一典型的特低滲碎屑巖油藏,因井網(wǎng)型式、注采壓力系統(tǒng)等不適應(yīng)造成開發(fā)效果口益變差。本文借鑒國內(nèi)特低滲碎屑巖油藏注水開發(fā)經(jīng)驗與成果,采用常規(guī)油藏工程及油藏數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)制定柴窯柴44井區(qū)合理可靠注水治理挖潛技術(shù)政策及綜合調(diào)整方案,取得了以下成果和認(rèn)識:1)柴44井區(qū)長6油藏天然能量匱乏,地層壓力下降較大;投產(chǎn)后生產(chǎn)井產(chǎn)量下降快,綜合含水上升較快,單井產(chǎn)能低等特點,應(yīng)及時注水補充地層能量,完善注采井網(wǎng)。2
2、)結(jié)合柴44井區(qū)現(xiàn)井網(wǎng)狀況,推薦柴44井區(qū)長6油藏采用反七點注采井網(wǎng),合理井網(wǎng)密度21口/knA合理井距為165米左右。3)柴窯44井區(qū)長6油藏的合理地層壓力保持水平為5.8MPa,最大井口注入壓力MPa;階段注采比可保持在1.03:1,單井H注水量為6m3/d,單井采液量2m3/d,確定較合理的采液速度為1.6%o4)根據(jù)方案優(yōu)化及對比,推薦的加密調(diào)整井網(wǎng)與配產(chǎn)配注方案預(yù)測生產(chǎn)到2050年底,綜合含水81.5%,采出程度18.6%,地層壓力恢復(fù)到5.53MPa,壓力保持水平77%,開發(fā)效果和經(jīng)濟效益良好。論文制定的切實可行的注水開發(fā)技術(shù)政策界限及綜合治理調(diào)整方案對鄂
