1、高純石墨的制備研究王磊摘要為了改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的高純石墨生產(chǎn)方法,找到高效環(huán)保的生產(chǎn)工藝,采用密閉微波消解技術(shù)對右墨進(jìn)行了捉純。系統(tǒng)地研究了石墨樣品的預(yù)處理、消解液的配比、消解壓力、微波消解時間和微波消解功率對提純效果的影響。通過輪換實驗得出了以下結(jié)論:隨著HCI/HNO3比值和微波消解功率的增加產(chǎn)品固定碳含量先增大后減?。划a(chǎn)品同定碳含量隨著右墨原料微波預(yù)處理時間、微波消解壓力和微波消解時間的增加而增加。同等反應(yīng)條件下,石墨原料經(jīng)微波預(yù)處理5min,取出驟冷,產(chǎn)品固定碳含量更高。密閉微波消解捉純石墨的最佳實驗條件:原料經(jīng)過微波預(yù)處理5min后驟冷,消解液選用HC1:HNO3=
