1、秸稈打捆機(jī)柱塞驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析王冬冬朱德文謝虎趙維松韓柏和曹杰安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)部南京農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化研究所摘要:針對(duì)口前玉米秸稈收集效率低的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了打捆機(jī)柱塞驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與參數(shù)優(yōu)化,通過(guò)理論計(jì)算設(shè)定了柱塞驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)3組結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,利用SolidWorks軟件對(duì)打捆機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模,并采用有限元對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真分析。根據(jù)仿真分析結(jié)果獲得驅(qū)動(dòng)連桿應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變分布情況,最終確定柱塞驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)釆用對(duì)心式空間布置,曲柄、連桿長(zhǎng)度分別為330mm與750mmo進(jìn)行了整機(jī)性能驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:成捆率達(dá)到98.3%,規(guī)則草捆率達(dá)到97.7%,草捆密度達(dá)到165'80kg/m3,機(jī)器運(yùn)行安全、可

7、s;Received:2016-12-290引言我國(guó)秸稈資源特點(diǎn)為量大、種類(lèi)多,其中玉米、水稻和小麥秸稈約占農(nóng)作物秸稈總量的90%。據(jù)調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),2010年全國(guó)秸稈理論資源量為8.4億t,可收集資源量約為7億t。隨著農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化推進(jìn)、農(nóng)村人口不斷減少及勞動(dòng)力成本提高等,秸稈呈現(xiàn)出區(qū)域性、季節(jié)性、結(jié)構(gòu)性過(guò)剩,前幾年每年都有近2億t秸稈被焚燒、丟棄,對(duì)環(huán)境、財(cái)產(chǎn)與人身安全已構(gòu)成巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[1-6]。秸稈作為一種散拋型、低容重的資源,具有分散
