1、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念,源于英國(guó)布萊爾政府,是一個(gè)相當(dāng)新穎的學(xué)術(shù)、政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)范疇。新經(jīng)濟(jì)吋代,信息與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致文化與技術(shù)、與經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合,極大的推動(dòng)了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)踐在全球的發(fā)展。它強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)人的創(chuàng)造力,通過(guò)市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作,創(chuàng)造社會(huì)財(cái)富,拓寬就業(yè)領(lǐng)域,成為世界各國(guó)和城市政府侶導(dǎo)的推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)成長(zhǎng)的新產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文在對(duì)比分析了世界各國(guó)主要的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研究報(bào)告的基礎(chǔ)上,得出創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)具有本地化發(fā)展和集聚發(fā)展的空間特征。文章以杭州市的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,歸納得出其發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段模式,認(rèn)為杭州文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了從白發(fā)發(fā)展向分部發(fā)展,再至全面發(fā)展的過(guò)程。隨著集聚發(fā)展的成熟,集聚所選擇的區(qū)位空I'可和參與集聚的行為主
2、體也H趨多元化。作者認(rèn)為,政府的作用也應(yīng)從直接參與扶持產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展向培育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境過(guò)渡。論文分為八章。第一章闡述了選題的背景、意義和研究框架。第二章整理了國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)研究成果。笫三章是對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)基本概念和發(fā)展的歸納分析,作為其后章節(jié)的理論鋪熱,得出文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)本地化發(fā)展和集聚發(fā)展的空間特征是其本身的產(chǎn)業(yè)特征所導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果。笫四章分析了杭州創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的階段以及相應(yīng)的時(shí)代背景和條件,以及目前杭州規(guī)劃發(fā)展十大文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的情況。第五章認(rèn)為杭州文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)具有空間融合、產(chǎn)業(yè)互補(bǔ)、政府驅(qū)動(dòng)三大特征,對(duì)于促進(jìn)杭州調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、加快城市功能轉(zhuǎn)型、推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)向高增值產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)具冇璽要意義。
