1、畢業(yè)論文我國(guó)物價(jià)上漲的影響因素、趨勢(shì)與對(duì)策當(dāng)前，我國(guó)物價(jià)持續(xù)上漲，通貨膨脹壓力不斷加大，已經(jīng)成為影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的突出孑盾，穩(wěn)定物價(jià)和控制通貨膨脹成為當(dāng)前宏觀調(diào)控的首要任務(wù)，也是最為緊迫的任務(wù)。木文以CPI為指標(biāo)，研究影響CPI波動(dòng)的各種因素，包括固定資產(chǎn)投資增t率、原材料價(jià)格指數(shù)、平均工資指數(shù)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)價(jià)格指數(shù)、外匯儲(chǔ)備等。木文根據(jù)中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒最近十年的數(shù)據(jù)，利用多元線性回歸分析法研究影響CPT波動(dòng)的主要因索。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：CPT的變化主要受農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格以及原材料、勞動(dòng)力、土地等成本價(jià)格變化的影響。
2、最近幾年住房?jī)r(jià)格大幅上漲的原因就在于勞動(dòng)力、土地、能源和原材料等成本價(jià)格上漲，導(dǎo)致企業(yè)成木增加，從而推動(dòng)房?jī)r(jià)上漲。另外，在食品方面，以豬肉價(jià)格為例，也受到成木上漲的直接影響。文章最后根據(jù)結(jié)論與當(dāng)而國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)住房、食品等主要商品價(jià)格水平的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，并從貨幣政策、財(cái)政政策、市場(chǎng)化改革等方面，提出應(yīng)對(duì)物價(jià)上漲和控制通貨膨脹的對(duì)策，包括控制能源、原材料、土地價(jià)格，降低企業(yè)成本，同時(shí)，控制貨幣供應(yīng)量，減少企業(yè)稅負(fù)，提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)利潤(rùn)率，增加企業(yè)利潤(rùn)，提高人們的收入水平和實(shí)際生活水平。關(guān)鍵字：CPI；
