1、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)是融合運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)、貨運(yùn)代理和信息等行業(yè)的復(fù)合型服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，涉及領(lǐng)域廣，吸納就業(yè)人數(shù)多，促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)作用大。但是我國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)總體水平落后，嚴(yán)重制約國民經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。必須加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流，建立現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)體系，以物流服務(wù)促進(jìn)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。東北地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展尚處于起步階段，資源利用效率不高，物流成本居高不下，多數(shù)物流企業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)密度小，服務(wù)功能單一，物流業(yè)總體規(guī)模小，并呈明顯的行業(yè)性、區(qū)域性特點(diǎn)，木土專業(yè)物流公司少，企業(yè)競爭力弱，但其大物流體系已現(xiàn)雛形。文章提出，制約東北地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的原因主要在于觀念、制度、人才和環(huán)境等方而。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,物流從最初

2、的“實(shí)物分銷”到“后勤”再到“供應(yīng)鏈”，其內(nèi)涵和功能正在不斷擴(kuò)大，同時(shí)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國際經(jīng)濟(jì)往來的日益擴(kuò)大，為促進(jìn)東北地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)第三方物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行兼并、重組、聯(lián)合與技術(shù)升級，完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)，做犬做強(qiáng)；發(fā)揮高校、科研院所、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)在人0培養(yǎng)、物流技術(shù)改進(jìn)等方面的重耍作用；支持行業(yè)領(lǐng)先企業(yè)拓展業(yè)務(wù)范圍，發(fā)展增值服務(wù)；加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)制定行業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。建立以區(qū)域化物流為基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)以大中型城市為中心的物流區(qū)域的方式建設(shè)東北地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化物流產(chǎn)業(yè)。關(guān)鍵詞物流產(chǎn)業(yè)，東北地區(qū)，區(qū)域化物流AbstractThelogisticsindustryisshirt-sleeve,
