1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)空調(diào)主控電路的設(shè)計(jì)IV摘要空調(diào)在國內(nèi)已是很普遍了。許多家庭都正在考慮購買空調(diào)。我國也早已實(shí)現(xiàn)自主生產(chǎn),而且是制造大國?,F(xiàn)在要做的是:如何使空調(diào)產(chǎn)品更加地省電,降低成本,性能更加地優(yōu)越??照{(diào)系統(tǒng)的基本原理簡單,主要是控制電路的基本原理。當(dāng)真正地用實(shí)際硬件電路進(jìn)行控制,并用軟件進(jìn)行功能調(diào)整,這是要化一定工夫的。本設(shè)計(jì)通過對各種方案的比較,選擇了P80C31單片機(jī),采用簡單的電源電路,使用數(shù)碼管實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度顯示,有接收頭進(jìn)行遙控接收,安裝按鈕電路,靠室內(nèi)、外溫度傳感器給單片機(jī)溫度感應(yīng),運(yùn)用繼電器控制室內(nèi)、外機(jī)的工作與否。各個(gè)功能模塊以單
2、片機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)聯(lián)系在一起,既相互獨(dú)立,又相互關(guān)聯(lián),并且還靠軟件支撐。每一部分都進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格地考慮,組合和分塊正是設(shè)計(jì)電路系統(tǒng)的兩大基本思想。設(shè)計(jì)中,發(fā)現(xiàn)了元器件的選擇的重要性。比如,DS18B20溫度傳感器的選擇就顯得非常的合理,因?yàn)樗蠙z測溫度的要求,用起來也方便。總之,研究利用P80C31單片機(jī)作為主控板進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的遙控空調(diào)系統(tǒng),有了一定的智能化。這種空調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)控制電路簡單,容易控制,電路可靠,遙控接收方便,造價(jià)低。在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,重點(diǎn)介紹了空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的控制電路的工作原理,對每一個(gè)電路模塊都進(jìn)行了深入地分析論證。在軟件編程方面,主要給出了流
