1、地雷探測儀的設(shè)計摘要地雷作為一種特殊的炸彈,時時刻刻威脅著無數(shù)無辜平民的牛命女全。為了解除地雷的威脅,提前探測出地宙的位置顯得尤為重要,所以地宙探測儀在這其屮起了至為重要的作川。地雷探測儀是利用金屬的渦流效應(yīng)探測帶有金屬部件的地雷。在探測時儀器會輻射出電磁場,當探測線圈靠近帶有金屬部件的地雷時,在磁場作用下金屬部分會產(chǎn)生渦電流,渦電流又產(chǎn)生新的磁場作用于探測線圈,從而引起原磁場的變化,利用霍爾傳感器將變化的磁場轉(zhuǎn)化為電壓值,通過與基準電壓值的比較做出判斷,從而實現(xiàn)對地雷的探測。本文所介紹的地雷探測儀是以8位AT89S52單片機為核心,所使用的傳感器是線性霍爾
2、元件UGN3503,將磁場信號變?yōu)殡妷盒盘?。用ADC0809轉(zhuǎn)化器實現(xiàn)電壓信號的數(shù)字化。該探測儀通過4個按鍵開關(guān)來確定探測的靈敏度。報警系統(tǒng)通過顯示模塊和蜂鳴器來完成。系統(tǒng)軟件采用匯編語言編寫,在軟件設(shè)計屮,為了提高探測器的抗干擾能力和系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,采用了數(shù)字濾波技術(shù)消除干擾。文中還探討了影響探測器靈敏度和穩(wěn)定性的因素,主要影響靈敏度的因素是儀器的工作頻率、檢測線圈的尺寸及匝數(shù),而主要影響穩(wěn)定性的因索是環(huán)境溫度、濕度和供電電源的穩(wěn)定程度。關(guān)鍵詞:地雷探測儀;渦流效應(yīng);霍爾傳感器;單片機;靈敏度AbstractThedesignofminedetectorAb
