1、基于EDEM和3D打印成型的外槽輪排肥器排肥性能研究楊洲朱卿創(chuàng)孫健峰陳兆春張卓偉華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學工程學院摘要:外槽輪排肥器是使用最廣泛的排肥器2—,R前外槽輪排肥器結(jié)構(gòu)和幾何尺寸單一,無法適用不同肥料顆粒排肥需求,直接影響了排肥效果。EDEM為目前對于顆粒類仿真最有效的方法之一。采用測量和統(tǒng)計學方法獲得肥料顆粒的三軸尺寸,以近似球體假設(shè)肥料顆粒形狀,建立肥料顆粒和外槽輪排肥器的EDEM模型,通過改變槽輪的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸等,對其排肥過程進行仿真,分析外槽輪排肥器的排肥特性;3D打印成型設(shè)計槽輪,通過臺架試驗驗證仿真結(jié)果的準確性。結(jié)果表明:
