2、光,并行眼科常規(guī)檢查,了解有無器質(zhì)性病變。結(jié)果弱視患病率為4213%,其中可疑弱視為70131%;Titmus平均立體視為85189S,Frisby平均立體視為81152S,隨著年齡的增長,立體視的發(fā)育也漸趨成熟;平均電腦驗(yàn)光球鏡度數(shù)+0.8823D,平均檢影驗(yàn)光等效球鏡度數(shù)為+1.7231D,二者呈正相關(guān)(r=0.784)。結(jié)論3～6歲兒童的立體視正處于發(fā)育的敏感期;Topcon27100型電腦驗(yàn)光儀可作為普查工具;定期對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行斜視弱視普查,尤其是結(jié)合屈光狀態(tài)和立體視的檢查,是發(fā)現(xiàn)弱視的關(guān)鍵?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】兒童;弱視;屈
