2、我們的行為方式和管理模式。信息化時(shí)代的政府更應(yīng)體現(xiàn)效率?信息公開的功能，做到透明、高效，鼓勵(lì)加強(qiáng)人們參為政府活動(dòng)監(jiān)督，并積極聽取人民建議。顯然，通過信息化技術(shù)與計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)來改造政府，構(gòu)建信息化電子政府，在新的吋代要求下，改變政府傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)電子政務(wù)已經(jīng)成為政府面臨的巫要任務(wù)。然而，受到人們傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響以及技術(shù)等因素的限制，我國(guó)電子政務(wù)的發(fā)展尚存在諸多問題，在信息技術(shù)決定國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力的當(dāng)代,我們必須正視在發(fā)展屮存在的問題，保持頭腦清醒，及時(shí)改正，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)屮華民族的偉人復(fù)興。本文將嘗試著從我國(guó)電
