1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要錘片式粉碎機(jī)是飼料加工機(jī)械的四大主機(jī)之一,是飼料生產(chǎn)必要的設(shè)備之一,其性能對(duì)飼料廠的節(jié)能降耗意義重大。分析了錘片式粉碎機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出滿足要求的錘片式粉碎機(jī)。建立了錘片式粉碎機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的離散化模型,利用ADAMS軟件術(shù)對(duì)錘片對(duì)稱交錯(cuò)排列形式的粉碎機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析,得到了與實(shí)際情況相近的結(jié)論。仿真結(jié)果表明,錘片對(duì)稱交錯(cuò)排列轉(zhuǎn)子的平衡性較好,其中交錯(cuò)排列轉(zhuǎn)子兩端軸承承載情況相近,轉(zhuǎn)子穩(wěn)定性好。轉(zhuǎn)子是錘片式粉碎機(jī)的主要工作部件。利用Pro/E對(duì)錘片式粉碎機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子中的各零件進(jìn)行三維建模、虛擬裝配、模型分析和動(dòng)態(tài)仿真。設(shè)計(jì)者可以充分利用Pro
