1、轉(zhuǎn)基因(Bt)棉花對(duì)棉鈴蟲越冬滯育的生理生態(tài)特征的影響生物技術(shù)05?1方方指導(dǎo)教師歐陽芳摘要昆蟲在不良環(huán)境條件下(如高溫、低溫、一定的日照等),暫時(shí)停止活動(dòng),呈靜止或昏迷狀態(tài),以渡過不良環(huán)境,這種停育現(xiàn)象稱為滯育。滯育是物種得以保存的一種重要適應(yīng)性。這一現(xiàn)象呈季節(jié)性的周期發(fā)生。引起昆蟲滯育的重要生態(tài)因素有光周期、溫度、食物等,而內(nèi)在因素是激素。在自然界中,溫度一般是結(jié)合光周期的變化而影響昆蟲滯育的。當(dāng)昆蟲取食不適宜的食物或食物不足,也是促進(jìn)滯育的因素。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外上有關(guān)光周期,溫度對(duì)昆蟲滯育的研究較多,有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)基因作物對(duì)
2、昆蟲滯育的研究報(bào)道很少。本論文主要研究轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花作物對(duì)棉鈴蟲滯育的生理生態(tài)特征的影響。本論文的實(shí)驗(yàn)是在臨界光周期和溫度條件下,用轉(zhuǎn)基因(Bt)棉花GK12品種和常規(guī)棉花SM3號(hào)品種的棉鈴分別飼養(yǎng)棉鈴蟲幼蟲,到化蛹階段,分為滯育與非滯育蛹;觀測(cè)棉鈴蟲的發(fā)育歷期、死亡率、化蛹率;測(cè)定棉鈴蟲蛹重、蛹含水量、越冬蛹的過冷卻點(diǎn)和冰點(diǎn),同時(shí)測(cè)定了兩種棉花品種營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)含量,進(jìn)而闡明轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花對(duì)棉鈴蟲的越冬滯育的生理生態(tài)特性的影響。關(guān)鍵字:轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花,棉鈴蟲,滯育,越冬蛹,過冷卻點(diǎn)EffectsoftheTransgeniccott
