1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書論文(全套CAD圖紙)QQ36396305摘要這是一篇關(guān)于塑料板凳的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的說(shuō)明書,同時(shí)這篇說(shuō)明書也具有注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般共性問(wèn)題和方法。一個(gè)注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程通常要包含產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)、模具設(shè)計(jì)、加工制造這三個(gè)階段。本篇設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書從大體上來(lái)說(shuō)只包含塑料板凳的產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)和模具設(shè)計(jì)。板凳是用來(lái)承受載荷的,那么它必須具有一定的強(qiáng)度,塑料板凳要滿足這一基本要求必須進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與力分析。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行的是對(duì)塑件的尖角、棱、加強(qiáng)筋、壁厚等的設(shè)計(jì);而力分析主要運(yùn)用靜力計(jì)算和ANSYS軟件的靜力分析進(jìn)行的。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可以幫助進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從
2、而節(jié)省材料,而力分析是在已有結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上看是否能夠承受一定的載荷,由此合格的塑料板凳的產(chǎn)品造型可設(shè)計(jì)出。造型設(shè)計(jì)是模具設(shè)計(jì)的的前步,有了三維造型就可以在PROE中的mfg模塊的模具型腔子模塊中進(jìn)行三維造型的布局、創(chuàng)建工件、創(chuàng)建分型面、分割工件、創(chuàng)建成型零件、生成型腔型芯、加裝模架等一系列的步驟,并且最終生成二維圖紙。其中加裝模架可以進(jìn)行手工造型加裝和運(yùn)用EMX4.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架庫(kù)進(jìn)行加裝。手工加裝靈活度大,但不方便且耗時(shí);運(yùn)用EMX4.1進(jìn)行加裝很方便,數(shù)十秒內(nèi)便可加裝完畢,但為了能熟練掌握模具結(jié)構(gòu)及其設(shè)計(jì),我采用了手工加裝的方法。關(guān)鍵詞:
