1、畢業(yè)論文（20__屆）連鎖經(jīng)營企業(yè)營運資金管理問題研究摘要世界經(jīng)濟形勢已經(jīng)或正在發(fā)生著重大的變化，現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，隨著商品零售產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，原有的零售業(yè)態(tài)已經(jīng)不能滿足其規(guī)模化、國際化的發(fā)展需求，全球零售業(yè)態(tài)開始了大規(guī)模的變革。在這樣的背景之下以電子化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、國際化為基礎(chǔ)，現(xiàn)代快節(jié)奏、高效率、低費用的新興業(yè)態(tài)——連鎖經(jīng)營開始成為市場的主流。此外，隨著跨國公司不斷地進入更加開放的中國市場，導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)企業(yè)競爭日益激烈，特別在連鎖經(jīng)營中更為突出。即便如此，中國本土連鎖企業(yè)面對如此激烈的競爭，仍舊出現(xiàn)了一些能夠與國外跨國公司所抗衡的
2、連鎖企業(yè)。因此，本文從中國本土的連鎖經(jīng)營企業(yè)中選取蘇寧電器，分析其營運資金運行及管理的問題，然后根據(jù)目前連鎖企業(yè)營運資金管理的現(xiàn)狀，運用短期償債能力指標(biāo)使企業(yè)營運資金運行狀況能夠得到更為客觀準(zhǔn)確的反映，分析其營運資金的管理，并在此基礎(chǔ)上依據(jù)財務(wù)指標(biāo)建議更完善的措施，以提高連鎖經(jīng)營企業(yè)競爭力。關(guān)鍵詞：連鎖經(jīng)營；營運資金管理；短期償債能力指標(biāo)AbstractTheworldeconomicsituationhasbeenorisundergoingmajorchanges,therapiddevelopmentofmodernscien
