1、可回收再利用的低分子脈膠壓裂液技術(shù)研究熊穎,劉友權(quán),石曉松,張永國,吳文剛,黃晨直,陳楠中國石汕西南汕氣[Q分公司天然氣研究院,成都,610213摘要:為解決壓裂作業(yè)水資源缺乏和返排液難處理的問題,利川pH值控制硼酸鹽離解平衡移動原理來改變脈膠壓裂液的交聯(lián)狀態(tài),使其在酸性條件卜?非降解性破膠,呱膠分子結(jié)構(gòu)不被破壞,可實現(xiàn)重復(fù)交聯(lián)。木文采用心物降解技術(shù),對呱膠進行降解,通過控制降解條件來控制呱膠的降解程度,從而控制呱膠的分子量,制備出了分子量為30x104?50xl04,在硼酸鹽條件下可交聯(lián)的低分子弧膠,其
2、水溶液粘度較低,水不溶物含最<4%o并以某固體酸為囊芯、在水屮可逐漸溶解的某高聚物為囊衣,采用空氣懸浮成膜法制備出了一種膠囊破膠劑,在地面條件下顯中性,保證弧膠壓裂液順利交聯(lián),而在地層溫度和壓力條件下逐漸釋放出固體酸物質(zhì)對壓裂液非降解性破膠。以低分子呱膠為稠化劑,包裹固體酸的膠囊為破膠劑,開發(fā)出了可回收再利用的低分子呱膠壓裂液,在四川須家河組儲層改造中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,對返排出的壓裂液進行了回收再利用,節(jié)能減排效果顯著。關(guān)鍵詞:壓裂液回收弧膠低分了壓裂返排液Thetechnologyresearchofth
