2、cturingandAutomationMajor:MechanicalEngineeringxxxxxxxChina*HarbinMay,2014生物質(zhì)能是一種可再生能源,僅次丁?煤炭、石油和天然氣居于世界能源消費(fèi)總量的第四位,以其無(wú)污染、資源豐富等優(yōu)勢(shì)越來(lái)越受到重視。當(dāng)前,開發(fā)生物質(zhì)能已成為解決能源問(wèn)題的主要途徑和研究方向。生物質(zhì)成型燃燒成木較低,經(jīng)過(guò)致密成型后的生物質(zhì)燃料密度和強(qiáng)度都得到提高,只便于運(yùn)輸和燃燒。致密成型技術(shù)可以冇效的使松散的生物質(zhì)致密化,并且對(duì)以顯著的提高生物質(zhì)性能,因此開
3、展生物質(zhì)致密成型燃料技術(shù)對(duì)開辟新能源利用領(lǐng)域有重要的作用。本研究首先介紹了課題的背景及現(xiàn)狀,然后對(duì)玉米秸稈進(jìn)行了致密成型試驗(yàn)研究。分別研究了含水率、壓輾轉(zhuǎn)速、不同沼液pH值、不同預(yù)處理時(shí)間對(duì)玉米秸稈致密成型塊松弛比和成型率的影響。綜上,木文通過(guò)對(duì)玉米秸稈致密成型因素的研究,為玉米秸稈致密成型、開展生物質(zhì)致密成型燃料技術(shù)等提供重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米秸稈;致密成型;單因索AbstractAsarenewableenergy,biomassenergy,thefourthofthetotalen
