1、隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)作為一個(gè)重要的設(shè)備檢測(cè)方法得到了飛速發(fā)展。本文以河北電力調(diào)控變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)接入為背最,對(duì)生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)(PMS)中的變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,同時(shí)對(duì)在線監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)識(shí)別與典型故障判據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,為提升變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置使用效果和運(yùn)行可靠性,充分發(fā)揮監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的作用,保障變電主設(shè)備安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行打下理論基礎(chǔ)。河北南網(wǎng)變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)已發(fā)展相對(duì)成熟,本文通過對(duì)其總體架構(gòu)、功能框架、主站設(shè)計(jì)原理的介紹以及主要功能的展示,為在線監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)的建設(shè),各類輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的接入提供
2、了參考。由于種種原因,目前在線監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)中存在大量的錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)上傳,本文通過對(duì)兒類典型在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置數(shù)據(jù)的研究分析,找出在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置數(shù)據(jù)頻繁誤報(bào)的原因。同時(shí)引入在線監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合各監(jiān)測(cè)裝置基木原理與各監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的總體使用效果,對(duì)在線監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)識(shí)別做了進(jìn)一步研究。作為調(diào)控人員,僅憑借在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置上傳的數(shù)據(jù),很難判斷設(shè)備是否確實(shí)存在安全隱患,需要有嚴(yán)格的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為參考。木文依據(jù)國(guó)家、行業(yè)、國(guó)網(wǎng)公司相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程和管理制度,通過對(duì)典型在線監(jiān)測(cè)類型判據(jù)診斷的研究分析,結(jié)合各監(jiān)測(cè)類型基本原理、典型案例,確定出各參數(shù)正常范
