1、一代高爐壽命的長短對(duì)高爐能否取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)具有重要意義。高爐爐缸、爐底工作狀態(tài)是高爐壽命長短的決定性因索。所以,分析高爐爐缸、爐底的工作狀態(tài)就成了煉鐵研究者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題。本文首先簡要闡述了目前我國高爐壽命的狀況,介紹了爐缸爐底侵蝕產(chǎn)生的原因以及延長爐缸爐底壽命的方法。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外對(duì)高爐爐缸侵蝕監(jiān)測(cè)方法的研究總結(jié)出高爐爐缸侵蝕監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。其次結(jié)合高爐爐缸侵蝕機(jī)理提出了建立監(jiān)測(cè)工作狀態(tài)下爐缸爐底耐火材料殘余厚度的數(shù)學(xué)模型的方法。并構(gòu)建了熱電偶的位置布置與數(shù)學(xué)模型之間的關(guān)系。課題以預(yù)埋在爐缸爐底中的熱電偶反饋的溫度為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用數(shù)值傳熱學(xué)、有限元法和移動(dòng)邊
2、界法建立了高爐爐缸爐底侵蝕監(jiān)測(cè)模型。該模型包括爐缸溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算、最優(yōu)步長計(jì)算和爐缸形貌構(gòu)造三個(gè)部分。最后對(duì)此模型進(jìn)行了可靠性分析,以一個(gè)侵蝕不均的高爐爐缸為原型,構(gòu)造一個(gè)已侵蝕的高爐爐缸樣木,將模型計(jì)算得到的殘余厚度、殘余樣貌與原始侵蝕形貌對(duì)比,結(jié)果顯示誤差在可接受范圍內(nèi),證明本模型可靠。關(guān)鍵詞:爐缸侵蝕;最優(yōu)步長計(jì)算;監(jiān)測(cè)模型;有限元法;誤并分析AbstractThecampaingnlifehasgreatsignificanceonachievinggoodeconomicandtechnicalindicatorsoftheblastfurnace.Thew
