2、加工產(chǎn)品,是提升行業(yè)技術(shù)水平,將資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的必由之路。本課題研究葉蠟石粉體氯化鍛燒增白。由于直接鍛燒效果并不理想,在10009下鍛燒2h,只能將白度為71%的葉蠟石原礦粉提高到82%左右。然而氯化鍛燒具有明顯的增白效果,而且降低了鍛燒溫度。在葉蠟石原礦中添加0.9%的氯化鍍,在900°C鍛燒2h,可以將葉蠟石的白度由最初的71.4%提高至90.4%o利用此氯化鍛燒方法,可顯著提高原尾礦的白度,得到較高品質(zhì)的葉蠟石產(chǎn)品。關(guān)鍵詞:葉蠟石,白度,氯化鍛燒,除鐵AbstractPyrophylliteisahydratedaluminumsilicate,islayeredsilica
