1、南京航空航天大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承的研究姓名:張艷花申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及理論指導(dǎo)教師:徐龍祥20080501南京航空航天大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文本文首先研究了恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承的兩種線圈結(jié)構(gòu):單繞組結(jié)構(gòu)和雙繞組結(jié)構(gòu),給出了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。并且使用有限元方法仿真計(jì)算了在相同的電流條件下,這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的磁通密度和同-個電磁鐵下兩個磁極氣隙處的磁通密度的差值,結(jié)果表明:單繞組結(jié)構(gòu)的磁通密度小于雙繞組結(jié)構(gòu)的磁通密度;單繞組結(jié)構(gòu)兩個氣隙處的磁通密度相差60%左右,而雙繞組結(jié)構(gòu)兩個氣隙處的磁通密
2、度只相差1%。因此,雙繞組結(jié)構(gòu)的磁場分布優(yōu)于單繞組結(jié)構(gòu)的磁場分布。本文設(shè)計(jì)制造了徑向恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承試驗(yàn)臺,并對雙繞組結(jié)構(gòu)的恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,一是改變控制線的接線方式;是對磁懸浮軸承做激振試驗(yàn);二是和傳統(tǒng)的主動磁懸浮軸承做對比試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)表明:控制線圈不管是并聯(lián)接線方式還是串聯(lián)接線方式,恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承轉(zhuǎn)子都能穩(wěn)定懸浮,懸浮性能不受影響;通過在控制系統(tǒng)中的功放輸入端加入土IV的正弦波信號來模擬轉(zhuǎn)子受到外界干擾,發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)子仍能夠懸浮在平衡位置;分別對傳統(tǒng)的主動磁懸浮軸承和恒流源偏
3、置的磁懸浮軸承做激振試驗(yàn),他們都能懸浮在平衡位置,而且他們的承載力相同。以一個自由度為例,計(jì)算了偏置電流為2A,偏置線圈匝數(shù)為120匝吋,五自由度的恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承的功耗為125.3W,發(fā)現(xiàn)它比傳統(tǒng)的主動磁懸浮軸承的功耗減少了55.2%,比永磁偏置的磁懸浮軸承的功耗增加了148.1%。研究表明恒流源偏置的磁懸浮軸承比永磁偏置磁懸浮軸承磁場可控,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單;比傳統(tǒng)的主動磁懸浮軸承設(shè)計(jì)簡單,功耗小,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。關(guān)鍵詞:恒流源、磁懸浮軸承、有限元、功耗ABSTRACTThispaperstudyth
