1、摘要該研究在使用外國kistler測力臺的情況下,首次通過運(yùn)動學(xué)和動力學(xué)兩個(gè)運(yùn)動牛物力學(xué)指標(biāo)對我省優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動員蹲踞式出發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。該研究首次從運(yùn)動學(xué)和動力學(xué)兩方面對蹲踞式游泳出發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行診斷,找出我省優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動員出發(fā)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢與不足,以便深入了解蹲踞式出發(fā)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢實(shí)質(zhì),為進(jìn)一步提高我省優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動員游泳岀發(fā)技術(shù)水平和游泳運(yùn)動成績提供理論依據(jù),從而為教練員科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練提供參考。本文通過測試獲得離臺時(shí)間、騰空時(shí)間、膝關(guān)節(jié)角度等運(yùn)動學(xué)參數(shù)以及運(yùn)動員離臺階段的最大力值、作用力時(shí)間和離臺力值等動力學(xué)參數(shù)。通過對以上實(shí)騎結(jié)果的
2、整理分析,取得研究結(jié)論。本文主要研究結(jié)論如下:山東省游泳運(yùn)動員出發(fā)技術(shù)存在出發(fā)臺肌肉反應(yīng)時(shí)間偏長、出發(fā)臺后腿膝關(guān)節(jié)角度小、出發(fā)臺雙腿向前蹬力小、入水角度不穩(wěn)、水下游進(jìn)距離短、水下打腿膝關(guān)節(jié)角度大、頻率慢等問題。由于隊(duì)員采用的蹲踞式出發(fā)技術(shù)不成熟,有的動作還不定型,建議掌握膝關(guān)節(jié)合理的角度,充分發(fā)揮手的拉臺作用和兩腳的蹬臺力量,快速起動,來克服滯臺時(shí)間長的弱點(diǎn)。通過牛物力學(xué)對蹲踞式出發(fā)動力學(xué)運(yùn)動學(xué)的解析,建議隊(duì)員借助訓(xùn)練輔助器材,采取對這項(xiàng)技術(shù)有針對性的訓(xùn)練方法,加強(qiáng)游泳運(yùn)動員腿部力量的練習(xí),可以有效快速地提高運(yùn)動員的出
