1、摘要會展業(yè)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形式，受到越來越多國家和地區(qū)的重視。中國的會展業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭迅猛，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的一個令人關(guān)注的亮點和一個極有發(fā)展空間的產(chǎn)業(yè)。石家莊市充分利用門身的優(yōu)勢，抓住發(fā)展機(jī)遇，使會展業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展，取得了一定成績。但石家莊市會展業(yè)還處于初級階段、發(fā)展階段，還存在著許多制約其發(fā)展的突出問題，這些問題迫切需要從理論上深化認(rèn)識，在實踐中加以解決，這也是研究石家莊市會展業(yè)的出發(fā)點和落腳點，以期石家莊市會展業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、快速的發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)河北省、石家莊市兩級政府關(guān)于發(fā)展會展業(yè)的目標(biāo)耍求。本文首先從會展業(yè)的概念、發(fā)展歷史出發(fā)，闡

2、述會展業(yè)的性質(zhì)、功能及其發(fā)展趨勢,然后對會展業(yè)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行綜合闡述，其次對石家莊市會展業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)描述，并運用SWOT分析法定性分析石家莊市發(fā)展會展業(yè)內(nèi)部具有的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,面臨的環(huán)境機(jī)會與挑戰(zhàn)，指出石家莊市大力發(fā)展會展業(yè)是可行的而且是大有作為的。重點針對石家莊的具體環(huán)境，從空間布局、展館的數(shù)量與規(guī)模、建設(shè)模式、功能定位、未來發(fā)展方向各個角度，對石家莊市會展業(yè)的發(fā)展提岀了定位戰(zhàn)略、品牌戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略等具體的戰(zhàn)略措施。關(guān)鍵詞：會展會展業(yè)會展業(yè)對策inAbstractAsaneweconomicform,theconv
