1、總第592期管理觀察2015年10月第29期ManagementObserver中旬出版國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全視角下房地產(chǎn)泡沫治理研究楊樹坪（廣東粵海集團(tuán)，廣東廣州510000）摘要：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長有著至關(guān)重要的作用。作為資金密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，房地產(chǎn)業(yè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全有著密不可分的關(guān)系。中國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)度高，帶動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，與其他行業(yè)以及人民生活聯(lián)系密切，故其發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)關(guān)系到整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全。與此相對(duì)應(yīng)的是房地產(chǎn)業(yè)作為周期性消費(fèi)品，又具有波動(dòng)較大和變化多端等固有特征，所以政府通過宏觀調(diào)控政策平抑或減緩房地產(chǎn)周期波動(dòng)帶來的不利影響，
2、防止房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系過大波動(dòng)，通過促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)健康和穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展推動(dòng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。但是，隨著房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，房地產(chǎn)熱引起社會(huì)各界對(duì)房地產(chǎn)泡沫的廣泛關(guān)注。若房地產(chǎn)業(yè)出現(xiàn)過度增長、脫離實(shí)際經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)的支撐，則有可能引發(fā)房地產(chǎn)泡沫，威脅金融體系的安全，進(jìn)而極大地危害整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全?；诖?，本文對(duì)房地產(chǎn)泡沫進(jìn)行全方位研究，關(guān)注房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)泡沫與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的關(guān)系，測(cè)度中國房地產(chǎn)的泡沫程度，提出治理房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)泡沫的對(duì)策建議，很有價(jià)值，也很有意義。關(guān)鍵詞：房地產(chǎn)泡沫國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)ResearchonGovernanceofRealEstateBubblefr
