2、動。有鑒于此,首先分別構(gòu)建了需求側(cè)峰谷分時電價響應(yīng)分析模型以及發(fā)電側(cè)節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度的機組組合模型;其次,為了實現(xiàn)分時電價響應(yīng)向機組煤耗效益的傳遞,以機組發(fā)電煤耗與啟停煤耗最少為目標(biāo)構(gòu)建了需求側(cè)與發(fā)電側(cè)的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型;最后,通過算例分析發(fā)掘模型的節(jié)能效益,借助GAMS求解上述模型,優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明分時電價的優(yōu)化將有助于改進發(fā)電側(cè)的節(jié)能調(diào)度效果,同時將實現(xiàn)一定的環(huán)境效益。關(guān)鍵詞:節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度;峰谷分時電價;機組組合;聯(lián)合優(yōu)化中圖分類號:F407.61 文章標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1007-3221(2014)01-0101-07Energy-SavingGenerationDispatchi
