1、廣東省優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員冬訓(xùn)期生理生化監(jiān)控研究摘要:目的:監(jiān)測(cè)廣東省優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員冬訓(xùn)期生理生化監(jiān)控指標(biāo),探索優(yōu)秀游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員冬訓(xùn)期間身體機(jī)能變化規(guī)律,為高強(qiáng)度人運(yùn)動(dòng)量訓(xùn)練期的訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控提供科學(xué)參考依據(jù),為青少年游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員的科學(xué)訓(xùn)練拋磚引玉。方法:監(jiān)測(cè)16名廣東優(yōu)秀男子游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員和6名女子游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員,在2013-2014年度冬訓(xùn)期間血紅蛋白(HB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)、血睪酮(T)的變化規(guī)律,使用SPSS軟件包進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:(1)運(yùn)動(dòng)員血液生化指標(biāo)隨著冬訓(xùn)訓(xùn)練量及訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度的變化,出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的規(guī)律性改變,整體體現(xiàn)出機(jī)體對(duì)訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的適應(yīng),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)
2、生化指標(biāo)也存在一定的局限性和滯后性,我們?cè)诜治錾笜?biāo)變化規(guī)律的同時(shí),還要注重運(yùn)動(dòng)員心率的變化情況,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的主觀感受及教練員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)觀察結(jié)果綜合評(píng)定。(2)血紅蛋白(HB)、血睪酮(T)能夠及時(shí)對(duì)訓(xùn)練量、訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度的變化做出反映,肌酸激酶(CK)對(duì)訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度敏感性極高、血尿素(BUN)對(duì)訓(xùn)練量敏感度較高。表明這4個(gè)指標(biāo)在一定條件下能夠?qū)\(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)量,運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度及機(jī)能狀態(tài)進(jìn)行科學(xué)客觀的反映,對(duì)于青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員冬訓(xùn)生理生化監(jiān)控研究中圖分類號(hào):G8文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1674-098X(2014)11(a)-0203-
