2、一氮源時(shí),兩株曲霉均表現(xiàn)出較高的溶磷活性,但當(dāng)NH4和NO3同時(shí)存在時(shí),溶磷能力卻大幅度下降.ML2、ML4在以葡萄糖為碳源時(shí)溶磷活性最高,溶磷量分別達(dá)到1541.1mgPL和1668.2mgPL.而以糖蜜為惟一碳源時(shí),ML4的溶磷量只有41.2mgPL.碳氮比對(duì)ML2、ML4的溶磷能力影響很大,隨著碳氮比的增大,溶磷量隨之升高,在mC∶mN=35∶1時(shí)達(dá)到最高,而后降低.在實(shí)驗(yàn)中還發(fā)現(xiàn):菌株在溶磷過(guò)程中伴隨著pH值的下降,但下降的程度與溶磷大小相關(guān)性較差.對(duì)其溶磷機(jī)制初步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),溶磷菌株的溶磷效果主要依靠發(fā)酵液中的草酸和α2酮戊二酸等有機(jī)酸
