2、角對(duì)CFRP曲面結(jié)構(gòu)可加工性的影響規(guī)律,采用金剛石涂層銑刀對(duì)不同傾角下CI礎(chǔ)疊層平板結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行順銑加工試驗(yàn),對(duì)不同坐標(biāo)系下的銑削力和加工側(cè)面、表面缺陷進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明,隨工件傾角的增大,水平方向上每齒所切材料平均厚度與截面積均減小,等效軸向切深逐漸增大,但是每齒去除材料體積保持不變。機(jī)床坐標(biāo)系下的銑削力幾乎不隨工件傾角的變化而變化。而在工件坐標(biāo)系下,銑削力沿工件厚度方向逐漸增大,沿工件長(zhǎng)度方向逐漸減小。同時(shí)隨著工件傾角的增大,側(cè)面表層分層缺陷不斷加重,纖維束發(fā)生彎曲,裂紋沿纖維方向逐漸擴(kuò)展至表層內(nèi)部,加工表面遭受破壞鋪層數(shù)
