3、unknowntimedelays.Statecontrolapproacheshavebeendevelopedin[14]-[17]foraobserverisfirstdesigned,andthenbasedontheobservedstatesclassofnonlineartimedelaysystemstodealwiththethecontrollerisdesignedviaadaptivefuzzycontrolmethod.drawbacksofadaptiveneuralcontrollers.In[14],anov

4、elBoththedesignedobserverandcontrollerareindependentofsystematicdesignprocedureisdevelopedforthesynthesisofthetimedelays.UsinganappropriateLyapunov-Krasovskiiastableadaptivefuzzycontrollerforaclassofnonlineartimefunctional,uncertaintyoftheunknowntimedelayisdelaysystems.The

5、Lyapunov-Krasovskiifunctionaliscompensatedfor,andthenthefuzzylogicsysteminMamdaniconstructedtocompensatefortheunknowndelayedstatetypeisutilizedtoapproximatetheunknownnonlinearfunctions.BasedonLyapunovstabilitytheory,theconstructeduncertamtles.Fuzzylogicsystemsareemployedto

6、observer-basedcontrollerandtheclosed-loopsystemisprovedapproximatetheunknownnonlinearfunctions,andthen,thetobeasymptoticallystable.Thedesignedcontrollawisadaptivelawofadjustableparametersisobtained.Thisworkindependentofthetimedelaysandhasasimpleformwithonlyisextendedtodesi

7、gnaMamdanifuzzyadaptivecontrolforaoneadaptiveparametervector,whichisrequiredtobeupdatedclassofstrict-feedbackSISOnonlinearsystemswithouton-line.Simulationresultsarepresentedtodemonstratethebackstepping[16-17].effectivenessoftheproposedapproach.Ontheotherhand,theproblemofob
