2、有力途徑。所以對浮選方法處理煤泥工藝的探究具有重耍的實際意義。本試驗重在探究浮選工工藝主要包括分級入選、二次浮選以及加絮凝劑浮選等工藝對降低煤泥灰分的效果影響。試驗原煤來自內蒙古鄂克托旗某煤礦選礦廠待處理煤樣，在實驗室條件下，通過分級浮選、二次浮選及其分級二次浮選正交試驗，改變絮凝劑用量、絮凝劑作用時間及其正交試驗，來探究浮選工藝。實驗證明二次浮選在一定程度上可以改善浮選效果，特別是精煤的精選可以有效的有效的降低精煤灰分。分級浮選對此種煤樣的浮選作用不大。聚丙烯酰胺的用量和作用時間在一定條件范圍內可以改善浮選效果，超過這個范圍
