1、實用文檔BIM技術在工程造價管理中的應用研究摘要建筑業(yè)在我國是一個勞動密集型、粗放經營的行業(yè)，隨著人們對建筑物的功能、外觀及舒適度要求的提高，附加在建設項目上的信息量也越來越大，尤其是對于某些現(xiàn)代大型建設項目，由于其參建單位多、建設周期長、建設過程信息量大，項目工程管理的難度也大大增加，依賴傳統(tǒng)的信息溝通和管理方式很容易導致工程造價管理失控。而使用BIM軟件建立建筑信息模型可以將工程項目各個階段的信息整合在一起，促進項目各主體的參與和配合，在工程實際施工前進行造價管理，從而實現(xiàn)從設計到施工、運營的全過程造價管理
2、，有效避免項目完工后實際成本超出預算情況的發(fā)生。本文針對我國現(xiàn)階段造價管理中存在的問題，提出將建筑信息模型引入到造價管理中，并從我國BIM應用現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，采用“分布式”BIM模型的方法，以具體工程為例建立成本模型，將傳統(tǒng)的二維圖紙轉化為三維模型，對項目造價進行精細化管理，從而實現(xiàn)真正意義上的全過程造價管理。關鍵詞：建筑信息模型，工程造價管理，BIM造價軟件，“分布式”BIM模型方法文案大全實用文檔ResearchontheapplicationofBIMtechnologyinengineeringcostman
